How do I report a terms of service violation?

Elance encourages its members to report any violations to the Elance Terms of Service and Site Policies.

1. As a Buyer who has posted a project, go to the 'Bids Received' view.

2. In the 'Actions' column, click on Report Bid Violation.

3. In the ID Type pull down menu, choose 'Bid ID.'

4. Copy and paste in the Bid ID number.

5. Fill out the details of what policy the provider is violating and click on 'Submit.'
